On July 31, 2023, Devon Archer told House Oversight that Vadym Pozharskyi, Burisma’s corporate secretary, sat at a spring 2015 Café Milano dinner with then-Vice President Joe Biden. That night GOP Oversight posted that Pozharskyi and owner Mykola Zlochevsky pressed Hunter Biden to get D.C. help on prosecutor Viktor Shokin.
